Hello everyone, I joined this site in hopes of finding help to my problem in either information or financial.   I am behind on my rent for about 3k+, I can pay my current rent.(700+)I got behind on the rent after my roomate of 6yrs decided to start a family an moved out,without giving me any type of notice,i found out only after she was showing.Prior to this I went an got  a car financed  so i could get to work, i work in NJ&live In NY public transportation is 2 1/2hr one way, so this was my purpose for getting the car oh an also the terriost threats on nyc,with this in mind I had to get a car.  My roomate left me in a jam ,i had a large car payment of 430,high insurance,high con ed bill,phone bill,cable was in her name so that was good,and besides all this i had my own credit card bills etc. Bottom line I had to do a vol repo with my car after tryn to hold it. (held for 8 months)I just recently let my cc billsgo,an i have a payment plan with coned that im struggling to pay, i would be able to pay these bills fine, if it were not for the back rent.  My landlord demands that i pay over $1k per month,so i have to pay reg rent plus a couple of hundreds xtra,i told her that  that i cant afford 400 hundred xttra ,only  100.00 dollars,so i borrow from people constantly trying to come up with the rent,it's like a never ending thing,once i pay,then the new rent tops it with another 700+.   I have 2 cats an one dog,that helps me to try my best to ask people for money that i would have never asked for anything.And then everyone i borrow from i have to pay that next month with my pay check.  I found this site by just searching google for help with rent, i have nothing to loose at this point my credit is no good.

I just hope some kind soul will see this ad and offer me some advise or a financial loan with low monthly payments for a couple of months. I went down to my local public assistance office,and they denied me a one shot deal as they call it,they told me that i can pay it myself.In the mean time my landlord has been patient for a while now, but just recently she told me i have to do better than what i've been paying her,last payment to her was 1100.00,which i borrow 600 of it.

If i could just get out of this mess,so i can get on  with my life ,save up for a use car etc ,going to work 5hrs on public transportation is very painfulI never knew what the term being between a rock and a hard place meant until this experience. Iam a decent person,who is kind ,generous and considerate of others. Ive made mistakes just as the next human would . I pray to god that someone out there is willing to trust a stranger. Thank You
